All-On-4 Dental Implants - Minneapolis, MN
Transform Your Smile, Renew Your Life
"Dr. Constantin Restored My Joy In Smiling."
A Superior Alternative to Dentures
If you already wear dentures, you’re probably used to dealing with messy adhesive and teeth that might not fit quite right. If you have many failing teeth, you may have resigned yourself to eating only soft foods. At Parkway Dental Center, we believe that nobody should have to suffer through these. That’s why we’re proud to be a top provider of all-on-6 dental implants in Minneapolis, MN.
All-on-6 dental implants are Dr. Constantin’s preferred form of full arch dental implant. With this form of tooth replacement, he places an arch of prosthetic teeth all on six dental implants (or sometimes more). These restorations can last decades or even a lifetime, and you care for them as if they were your natural teeth!
Stuck In Dentures? Missing Teeth? We Have The Solution!
Know Your Options
While traditional dentures may seem like the easiest way to replace missing teeth, they are not a good long-term solution. You need to have them relined every few years, or else they come loose in your mouth and can cause friction sores. In nearly all cases, we recommend either implant supported dentures or All-on-6 dental implants to our patients who are missing many teeth. These permanently replace your teeth and provide lasting support to your jawbone.
All-on-6 Dental Implants
- Permanently fixed to your mouth
- Unlimited food choices
- Secured by 6 or more dental implants
- Prevents bone loss
- Can last a lifetime

FAQ
All-on-4 is a full-arch dental implant technique that uses a small number of strategically placed implants to support a complete, fixed set of replacement teeth for an entire upper or lower arch, eliminating the need for a removable denture.
Unlike traditional dentures, which rest on the gums and can shift, cause friction sores, or require messy adhesive, an All-on-4 restoration is permanently secured to dental implants. That means no slipping, no adhesive, and no dietary restrictions, patients can eat the foods they love again.
While the All-on-4 concept uses four implants per arch, Dr. Constantin’s preferred approach at Parkway Dental Center is All-on-6, using six or more dental implants per arch for additional stability and support. Your exact treatment plan depends on your jawbone health and needs.
Most patients who are missing most or all of their teeth in an arch, or who are struggling with ill-fitting or failing dentures, are candidates. A consultation with imaging will confirm whether you have enough jawbone density or need additional preparation, such as bone grafting, before treatment.
With proper care, including daily brushing, flossing, and regular dental checkups, full-arch implant restorations can last decades or even a lifetime, making them a long-term solution rather than a temporary fix.
Most patients receive a temporary fixed prosthesis on the day of surgery, so you leave with a functional new smile right away. Full healing and integration of the implants with the jawbone typically takes a few months, after which your final, custom-fabricated restoration is placed.
Cost depends on factors like the number of implants, any bone grafting needed, and the materials used for your final restoration. Parkway Dental Center works with insurance providers and financing partners to help make full-arch treatment more affordable.
